Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving your items. All returned goods must be unused, unsoiled, undamaged and returned in the original packaging.

Before sending items back, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected] to get the official return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived defective or wrong due to our mistake. Our warehouse will inspect returned goods within 14 business days after receiving the parcel.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
